- Right On Time started as a junk removal company and wanted to grow into higher-value demolition and land clearing work with more consistent, qualified leads.
- STRATEGY
- A focused PPC-only campaign on high-intent demolition keywords, optimized for conversions and cut of wasted spend.
- OUTCOME
- 83 conversions at an average $84.59 per conversion and a 12.83% conversion rate. Results were strong enough that Right On Time rebranded fully into demolition with a new logo, a new website and a bigger ad budget.

- CHALLENGE
- Crosstimber clears land, mulches brush and cuts trails and driveways for residential landowners and farmers within 50 miles of Knoxville, Tennessee. Jobs need to be at least an acre to be worth hauling the machine out, so they needed leads that fit, not tire-kickers.
- STRATEGY
- Facebook and Instagram lead ads aimed at landowners in that 50-mile radius, with a free on-site estimate offer and a lead form that asks the qualifying questions up front. Every lead is tracked from form to quote, and Crosstimber marks which ones were good so the targeting keeps improving.
- OUTCOME
- In September, 13 leads at $75.91 each on $986.86 of ad spend turned into $45,130 in sales: a 2,171% return after paying for the ads and our management.

- CHALLENGE
- Green Acres does land management, forestry mulching and brush clearing around Troy, Illinois. They wanted bigger acreage jobs and a schedule that stayed full instead of swinging with referrals.
- STRATEGY
- Facebook ads aimed at landowners and builders in their service area, a CRM that follows up on every lead automatically, and local SEO so they show up when people search.
- OUTCOME
- Two jobs landed back to back, 53 acres of land clearing and a 5-acre clear with home-site prep, for more than $100K in booked work. They also landed a land-clearing job covering 20 lots and are booked out for the rest of the year.
